Designed exclusively for children under 18, this ongoing membership program takes a proactive, prevention-first approach to paediatric health — nurturing your child's wellbeing from the earliest stages of development. And when illness does strike, members receive immediate access to paediatric care without the prolonged waits that are all too common in the conventional healthcare system.

Members benefit from streamlined access to paediatric physicians at our private clinics — including fast-tracked appointments for urgent concerns — as well as referrals to paediatric specialists within our extended network.

Our paediatric team partners with families to support physical fitness, mental wellbeing, and every dimension of a child's health — not just the presenting concern.
Educational
Wellness visits go beyond the examination. Our paediatricians take time to speak with you in depth about your child's nutrition, sleep patterns, mental health, and developmental milestones.

Child Direct provides continuous health monitoring throughout the year — keeping a close eye on your child's growth trajectory, immunization schedule, and any evolving health concerns.

Putting Your Child's Health First

Child Direct raises the standard for paediatric healthcare. Membership in this program includes:

A dedicated paediatric case coordinator
Your child's case coordinator serves as your primary point of contact throughout the program — offering personalized guidance, clinical support, and family education at every step of the healthcare journey.
A customized care plan
We build a tailored health plan around your child's specific needs, with particular attention to growth, nutritional health, physical development, and any areas of clinical concern.
Wellness visits and comprehensive paediatric services
Members have access to unlimited wellness child visits alongside a full range of services including vaccinations, developmental screenings, and management of both acute and chronic conditions.
Virtual care
For non-emergency concerns, our virtual care platform connects you with one of our nurses from home — available every day between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. The nurse assesses the situation and escalates to an on-call paediatric physician when needed. In appropriate cases, a prescription can be sent directly to your pharmacy, and an in-clinic follow-up can be arranged when our clinic opens.
On-site diagnostic imaging
In-house imaging is available at our private health clinics, providing timely and convenient access to diagnostic results without the need for external referrals.
Mental health focus
With growing numbers of children experiencing anxiety, stress, and behavioural challenges, mental health is an integral part of what we address. Our paediatricians can coordinate care with mental health specialists in our network to identify and support emotional and psychological concerns early.
International medical resources
La Vie is a referring provider for some of the world's most respected medical institutions, including Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Cleveland Clinic, Mass General Brigham, Mayo Clinic, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and ROAMD.
