A Limited Physician Panel
To uphold the highest standard of care, each La Vie physician maintains a deliberately limited and capped patient panel.
This enables physicians to:
- Spend meaningful, unhurried time with each patient
- Provide proactive monitoring and timely follow-up
- Respond promptly whenever care is needed
- Maintain true continuity of care over time
By intentionally keeping panel sizes small, care stays personalized, attentive, and consistently accessible.

The Point One Care Clinical Model
Point One Care delivers structured preventive care throughout the year through coordinated physician oversight and proactive health monitoring.
Every member is supported by:
- A designated La Vie physician
- A dedicated nurse coordinator
Together, they ensure your health is continuously monitored, supported, and optimized throughout every month of your membership year.
Members benefit from unlimited coordinated access to care, ensuring support is always available when medical needs arise — including a virtual care service available seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
What to Expect
Annual Preventive Health Assessment
Each membership year concludes with a comprehensive preventive health assessment designed to review your current health status and identify emerging risks early.
This includes:
- Curated preventive bloodwork
- Electrocardiogram (ECG)
- Abdominal and pelvic ultrasound imaging
- Body composition analysis
- VO₂ testing (resting, sub-max, or max)
- Computerized mole mapping using AI-assisted FotoFinder technology
- Dietitian consultation
- Comprehensive physical examination
These evaluations enable physicians to track changes in key health metrics and refine care plans accordingly.
Mid-Year Longevity Check
Approximately six months after the Annual Preventive Health Assessment, members complete a Mid-Year Longevity Check.
This focused evaluation allows physicians to track progress and assess health indicators that can shift meaningfully over shorter intervals.
This includes:
- Targeted metabolic laboratory testing
- Body composition monitoring
- Cardiometabolic fitness assessment (when indicated)
- Dietitian consultation and nutrition review
- Physician consultation and care strategy refinement
This mid-year review enables early detection of change and timely adjustment of prevention strategies before risk factors have a chance to progress.
Dedicated Care Coordination
Every member is supported by a dedicated nurse coordinator who manages the continuity of care between visits.
This includes:
- Coordinating specialist referrals and diagnostic testing
- Answering clinical questions promptly
- Ensuring all follow-up care is completed and tracked
This ensures your care remains organized, responsive, and seamless throughout the year.
Unlimited Coordinated Access to Care
Members have unlimited coordinated access to their care team throughout the year.
When medical concerns arise, the team can help arrange:
- Physician consultations
- Follow-up visits
- Diagnostic testing
- Specialist referrals
Care remains continuous, accessible, and fully coordinated — whenever you need it.
La Vie Virtual Care
La Vie Virtual Care ensures trusted medical support is within reach at any time, from anywhere.
Available seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Virtual Care allows members to connect with a La Vie healthcare professional from home, the office, or while traveling.
This service provides timely support for:
- Medical questions
- Follow-up consultations
- Prescription renewals
- New or evolving health concerns
When in-person evaluation is warranted, the care team coordinates diagnostics, imaging, or specialist referral to ensure full continuity of care.
